Our mission is to make business acquisitions accessible, transparent and secure for first-time buyers and experienced acquirers alike. We combine AI-powered due diligence tools, a curated expert advisor network (brokers, lawyers, accountants, notaires), and secure escrow to take deals from first contact to closing.
Phase 1 (current) is free for all buyers and sellers. Phase 2 launching Q3 2026 introduces fully managed brokered transactions with a licensed mandataire (Carte Professionnelle, Carte T), on a success-fee model with no upfront cost.
