Venture Deal is a European marketplace for documented SME acquisitions, initially focused on France, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Founded in 2025 by Theodore Dignet, a French entrepreneur with a background in technology and finance, and operated by App Studio (SASU).
The platform centralises discovery, confidentiality, document sharing and offers from the first expression of interest through the Letter of Intent (LOI): a confidential teaser, a secure Data Room gated by NDA, and a structured path from IOI to LOI.
The marketplace is free for buyers and sellers. An optional brokered service, for eligible fonds de commerce transfers through a licensed mandataire (Carte Professionnelle, Carte T), is currently in beta on a success-fee model — see our Pricing page for the fee schedule.
