Self-serve (free): Browse listings, contact sellers, publish your business for sale, and use our AI-assisted due diligence and valuation tools all at no cost.
Brokered (Beta): Full transaction management with a licensed mandataire (Carte Professionnelle, Carte T) for eligible fonds de commerce transfers. Fee: 10% under €250K, 8% between €250K and €1M, 5-6% above €1M. €5,000 minimum, excluding VAT. Payable at closing only never at LOI or mandate signature. Third-party fees (notaire, avocat, expert-comptable) are quoted separately.
