Venture Deal collects only the data strictly necessary to operate its services. We use no tracking cookies, no profiling, and no commercial data sharing. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR. The platform is operated by App Studio, a French simplified single-shareholder joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under SIREN number 917 474 207, registered office at BT B, 18 boulevard Reynaud de Trets, 13010 Marseille, France, contact: theodore@venturedeal.co.
Legal bases and purposes: we process personal data to operate your account, facilitate messaging and the IOI/LOI workflow, and to comply with legal obligations. Recipients: our hosting provider (Vercel), payment processor (Stripe), and — for AI-assisted document analysis only — OpenAI, under its standard API terms, which do not use API data to train their models. Retention: account data is kept for the duration of your relationship with Venture Deal plus applicable legal retention periods; Data Room documents can be deleted on request by the seller who uploaded them. International transfers outside the EU (e.g. to Stripe or OpenAI, both US-based) are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr).
