These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of services offered on the Venture Deal platform, operated by App Studio, a French simplified single-shareholder joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under SIREN number 917 474 207, registered office at BT B, 18 boulevard Reynaud de Trets, 13010 Marseille, France. Free access to the marketplace for all users; optional brokered services are currently in beta.
